Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refund & Replacement Process

Contact Us: Please email support@strypins.com with your order number, a photo of the product, and a description of the issue.

Within 7 Days: Once we receive your email, we will process your request and inform you about the next steps. You will have the option for:

Replacement: If you choose to replace the product, we will ship the replacement and provide a tracking number within 1–7 business days of production.

Refund: If you choose a refund, we will initiate it immediately. Please note it may take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
We do not accept refunds or replacements for the following cases:

Change of mind: If you change your mind about the product after purchase.

Customer-caused damage: If the product has been damaged by the customer due to misuse, wear and tear, or alterations.

Used products: If the product has been used or washed.

Requests made after 30 days from the date of receipt.
