Shipping Areas

Strypins currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.

Certain remote or restricted locations may not be eligible for delivery. If an address cannot be serviced, our support team will contact you.

Processing Time

All Strypins products are made to order. This allows us to focus on product quality and design accuracy.

  • Order processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Processing time begins after payment is successfully completed

Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

Shipping Methods, Costs & Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time refers to the total estimated time, including both processing and shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. 

Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to become active and update in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30–45 days from the purchase date, please contact us at support@strypins.com.

After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the situation.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order

  • Orders cannot be delivered to military or government-restricted zones
